SMF or vbulletin or phpBB

vbulletion license is way too expensive, and this forum is a sample of vbulletin.
i like the look and feel and features off-course. just that, wherether its worth it or not.

Hey Charles I saw your review site - it looks pretty good. From an honest standpoint I'd say keep it simple. Why go for 'the best' when there are things 'that will do the job' and do it well!

PHPBB gets my vote!.
