how to get pagerank 6?

anyone here getting a pagerank 6 or above?
i been struggling for sometime, and submitted my website to lots of directory, and still stuck at PR2.

Make your website useful. Nice content. Niche content.
Get links from directory. High PR directory. Suggest from homepage. Eg. bid directory is a good source. I love it.
leave comment at people blog and forum. Leave signature and link.
social bookmark your site. add them to popular bookmark site. If your content is good, lots of people will bookmark it as well.

The PR you currently see is apparently several months old and may not be what your current PR is, so that's something to bear in mind.

You need lot of content on your site.

Then you need to have lot of links from other sites pointing to you.

Only then pr 6 is achievable.

Yes off course if you add more and more unique content in your site, your site will be increase rank and quality back links are also increased your site rank.

Keep updating quality content to your site. Make sure your site designing is friendly to Google Spider.

The most I got was a PR 5 and that was around 4 months after I made my blog. But PR 6 is a different thing. I bet submitting to a lot of directories kept you ion PR 2 because it's getting obvious that your doing SEO jsut to take traffic, and you won't get decent PR's using that.

Making quality sites that naturally generate traffic though will make you have that number 6 or more. And if your planning on exchanging links, try trading with authority sites.. the ones that end with .edu or .gov.. But it won't be easy I tell you.

page rank was very important before 2-3 years.but now only one factor in algorithm

many factors affect your page ranks..
some of them are
the age of the domain,
the imporatnce of the linking pages,
age of the linking pages,
anchor text of a link
