Bluehost and hostmonster and fastdomain are same company, run by the same boss. ITs all begine with bluehost, and then started hostmonster and latest on fastdomain hosting.
Bluehost (http://www.bluehostreview.org/bluehost.php) > hostmonster (http://www.hostmonsterreview.org/hostmonster.php) > fastdomain (http://www.fastdomainreview.org/fastdomain.php)
* If you are looking for the best among three of these,
go for bluehost hosting $6.95/mth (http://www.bluehostreview.org/bluehost.php)

I had no idea all three of them were the same company. Anyway, why would you suggest bluehost over the others?

just go with BlueHost... if above is true, then the originator wouldn't be able to be duplicated. Would you want to go with the original or the copy? exactly.
