Windows Hosting and MSSQL databse

Hi Guys, Just wondering is any of have a windows hosting account with ixwebhosting? How you finding the performance of the MSSQL database?
Because I have been having allot of issues with database running out of memory, dropping connections from the website and quite often rejecting connections from the website. I have been running a monitoring of the website for the last 2 weeks and the uptime is about 94%.

Anyone else noticed similar issues?

Once you detected a service downtime or mysql connection failure, immediately live chat with ixwebhosting support. And acknowledge them the problem.

IX hosting uses general mysql server, mysqlxx.ixwebhosting.com,
instead of localhost. Its gives better performance.
