Looks like MSN decided to create it's own alternative to the Google PR.

They created a 5-bar indicator, similar to the green stick.

To see this too you have to register for WindowsLive account and add your site to Live Search Webmaster Center

msn search result page is driving me crazy.
poor result page, and with quit many broken link.

it need more than bars thing to fix their 'own' reputation :)

I don't think it's a very credible considering that their results page doesn't seem to be that reliable as compared to the big G and Y.

90% searches are from google why would someone waste time on msn

Dont bother much about the page rank, try to be top of the SERPs for your keywords that actually going to help you in conversion.
